Freshness guarantee

We stand behind our flowers. If your bouquet arrives damaged or isn't fresh, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations & changes

  • Need to change or cancel? Reach out at least 24 hours before your delivery date and we'll refund in full.
  • Because flowers are perishable and arranged to order, we may not be able to refund cancellations made after we've begun preparing your order.

Failed delivery

If a delivery can't be completed due to an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (an additional fee may apply).
